Another 1M warrants exercised looks like. The new March 31st short interest number comes out on April 9th
For warrants,my understanding, if you exercise now, then hold one year, you pay long term capital gains. So, you would think we might see more of this, now the sp is $3. Who wants to hold until buyout event and pay short term capital gains?... Ouch. Assuming I am correct there.
