My understanding from what we know publicly and Joe has confirmed:
Epivax is working on vaccines focusing on peptides
NGIO Is working with Epivax because of their experience with peptides but adding IIkey and B-Cells as antibodies which is what Joe, EvH and the scientists they consult with believe offer the most promise for a superior all around vaccine.
I don't see a conflict. Epivax has been contracted to do a very specific job and has a CEO/scientist with a reputation on the line to fulfill her end of the agreement. I imagine EvH is on top of the situation, science wise.
