It somehow makes sense.
Assuming a hedge fund that was loading and passed their intended limit before they need to file a 13G. Or a hedge fund that needs to report quarterly and didn't want any CYDY listed in their opened positions for end of Q1 13F report, to keep it under the radar.
Anyway, MMs don't dump like this at the end of day on such a stock. They would have done so much earlier and have time to use the low price to load.
Most likely a tute, and for a reporting reason.
They likely loaded back today.
