people that have it are still under treatment. Recovery only means you have left treatment and have recovered fully. That assumption of recovered might be a false one.
Covid-19 could be like the Chickenpox's always infected and at risk until there is a vaccination ...the offspring of once having the chickenpox's is getting the shingles which now has a vaccination.
That is why I say and think...things won't be normal for a long time. 1-2 years at best if they find a vaccination.
