Not even close.
I don’t know the reliability. I do know it only detects the presence of antibodies. That is not the most important part of the question needing answered. Actual presence of the virus is. Other LFA test like this have shown up to 48% false negatives.
As for detailed as ours, I believe you mean the sensitivity. Again the answer is not even close.
