The company effectively delisted themselves. Therefore, the share price will not longer be quoted on the OTC QB. This decision allows them to suspend all SEC filings and provides them with a level of secrecy with regard to official public disclosures similar to what we shareholders have suffered for years. This decision also spares them the embarrassment of filing a year end statement that would reveal another year of zero revenues and failures. It is not to much a stretch to imagine what Hirsch and his comrades turned over to the new senior management.

This does not mean the company can not continue but the investor risk has gone thru the roof.
