It looks to me that a viral titer assay was performed using Brilacidin against a control (the control is the the bar on the left - no drugs). A titer is a unit of measure for concentration https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Titer
The bars on the chart at the right (drugs - Brilacidin) show that the titer%, or viral concentration, is lower dependent on the amount of Brilacidin administered to the SARS-Cov-2 infected cells.
It shows that Brilacidin inhibits the virus, preventing it from continuing to infect neighboring cells. Hot Damn!
