I believe its good to go, this was a formaility required by FDA.
"This trial will be conducted under the same FDA-approved IND as the Company’s recently initiated Phase 2 clinical trial to treat COVID-19 patients with mild-to- moderate indications"
Why would they wait for approval if they are working under an IND thats already approved?
Maybe NP can clarify today.
