There's a difference between using a drug that's already been approved, and one that hasn't had a Phase 3 clinical trial yet. We know why there was no Phase 3 clinical trial -- it was much too expensive, because of the actions of the short cabal in attacking the company and making it more prudent to do cheaper trials first.
