So if we say we get a 1% penetration into the available 1MM VA patients in the first year (conservative?), while we build up the sales force, prove the product to the docs at each site, etc. That might look like:
.01 x 1MM = 10,000 patients
10K x $3,000 x 3 treatments = $90MM revs
With a 30% margin (probably conservative?)...
$90MM x .30 = $27MM
Let’s say Joe pulls 10MM shares from the S-1, that would be 90MM total shares outstanding.
$27MM/90MM = $0.30 contribution to the EPS.
I’d take that, and hopefully that’s pretty conservative.
