You know the 10-k is just a filing where the registered accounting firm looks over your shoulder and checks your math and certifies what you give him. These filing must have been completed prior simply because on 3/20 they announced basically confirming May 27th for the shareholder meeting.

What George has done by not producing the 10-K is to make damn sure he is removed from office (think about that) then how does that work!! I will tell you. the company pays him off and he is out (like right now!) and is exactly what he is doing. Do you recall me telling you when I read the 12/06/19 shareholder letter that our CEO George H. McGovern lll stated that he would not have taken on HDC unless Marty Delmonte came on board. That statement told me George McGovern was way over his head and can't manage as a real CEO. Do I even need to state how a real CEO acts?

I mean we got past the hiring of his daughter and it may have saved money but did we ever see her interview her DAD as a real CEO of HDVY.

So George simply plans on getting out as quickly as possible and yes he will allow Quirk to become CEO and I have no plans and staying to watch how many millions of shares we have to give him for his crying. He reminds me of "Crying Chuck Schumer"
