Because they were the only idiots in town that are negotiating for the past fews weeks.
And suddenly with the price action of yesterday, FOMO they signed the agreement.
They have a losers attribute.... But I call them lucky losers. Lucky because the by luck financed the winner stock.
Losers because with $15 last week...they could have bought 15m sharse or more..
And yesterday about 6 to 7.5 m shares
Nader sold them 3.3m shares with price more than double the low 2s which we had most of yesterday.
I give kudos to Nader for landing this.
We needed it to produce more vials right now.
