I believe they had an offering as of 3/13/20 selling shares through the company:
Total Offering Amount $1,157,625 USD or Indefinite
Total Amount Sold $882,000 USD
Total Remaining to be Sold $275,625 USD or Indefinite

I believe they can still sell the balance 'remaining to be sold'
It's a private placement... which I was once involved with in a differenct company (so happens it did not work out well for me
unfortunately) there but this is a superior company with much in the pipeline and very real especially now in light of the COVID-19 situation but even before with cancer and HIV.
