So looking at a chart, it is interesting that today’s move has a positive On Balance Volume. That measures accumulation of shares. Yes, I know we are up today so you might think we should have a positive OBV. However CYDY is up 80%+ and INO is up 3.5%, yet both of them have negative OBV, so the move is traders and not holders.
