My takeaway from this interview is that hospital has 300 people on ventilators and to date has only 9 of them extubated (3%). While a small sample, leronlimab has 2/2 (100%). Both the 300 still on ventilators or the other 7/8 on leronlimab (not sure how many are intubated) could improve to change the success rate, but given the science and cancer results, IMO this isn't a fluke.
Also the doctor couldn't/wouldn't confirm or deny trial results for hydroxychloroquine or Remdesivir which have treated many more patients than leronlimab so far. My optimistic guess is the results will be much more clear for leronlimab after the sample size increases. Let's get these CV-19 trials approved FDA!
