I also have thought about this the last week or so. I think IncellDX is a private company, and I guess it would be CytoDyn acquiring IncellDX.
Since IncellDX is established in the cell diagnostics field, I wonder if it would make sense for them to keep their name, and operate under CytoDyn as the parent company.
Exciting times.
