Yes, I don't disagree with any of your points, I didn't mean to speak to personal responsibility.
Another way to look at it might be to ask, if revenues are imminent, why the need, now, for 5B more shares? They were authorized before the dimensions of the pandemic became apparent.
I don't think that's been explained to shareholders.
