I interpret the statement that all four showed improvements in their labwork (I’m assuming decreased IL-6, TNFalpha, etc) but only 3 of them have shown clinical improvement. That doesn’t necessarily mean the third patient is off the vent, it could just mean lower oxygen needs, maybe decreasing need for pressor support, etc.

The only thing that really matters is clinical improvement. Having 3 of the initial 4 respond is Amazing!
