I think that GNBT's stock will adjust to NGIO around the point of the IPO. Either before or after. Just because of your logic. 70% of NGIO will be worth x. And GNBT will trade around there.
But the investor may only be interested in NGIO and not the rest.
Also, NGIO may be listed and GNBT may require the NGIO IPO to finally uplist.
GNBT is ridiculously low at present, but that may not always be the case. It stays low for weeks and months, then suddenly it goes up, and you think: I could have bought it for cheap. What a dunce I was!
