Only if Stephen will twit about application of quantum dots in viral vaccine then it is an indication that he is serious about it and may be in collaboration with viral vaccine researchers, else he is not interested in such great potential. Right now he is concentrating on anti-counterfeiting market.
A vaccine takes years to establish, I don't think shareholders will wait for another 10 years, after COVID-19, there will be COVID-20, 21, 22, 23 .... It is an endless battle with the micro organism.
