I noticed in the article you posted that it said Brilacidin targeted selected bacteria

I always wondered about this because even though I had read it was 1,000 times as selective as natural defensins I also thought I had heard it went after all bacteria and thus could cause problems from being too strong. This makes sense, in that it is selective, but i wonder how it determines what is/is not bad bacteria.
