You are probably right BUT that goes for private companies going public...they get issued shares. We are already a public company just LEGALLY Dark. So things will be slightly different imo. We already have shares. But our valuation doesn’t match current PPS, significantly doesn’t match so adding all companies AND assets into a single valuation to find a better ball park number.
