I second that sentiment. It just seems that years and years of non execution might have, in some small way, also diminished the value of PTOI.
While some are blaming shorters, market makers and nefarious entities for the flagging share price, isn't it possible that over a decade of losses while showing no clear evidence of value might also have had an effect on the share price??
