Why 15 seconds is so much better then 15 minutes:
Everyone seems to think that we're all in this together. That we all want the virus to be gone and that the world today is one for all against the virus. I see it a little differently.
What if someone wants the virus to continue? What if they have some twisted benefit to spread the virus and keep spreading it? Shoot if I was a terrorist and I wanted to sink the US economy I have now have the power to do so in my bloodstream; UNDETECTED! I can even store some in my fridge to be used at a later date.
I'll pick a nice week over the summer or fall to visit 10-15 stadiums during sporting events, touch every surface I could for 3.5 hours and head to the next one. There'd be mass VIRAL CONTAGIOUSNESS in a matter of days!!!
COVID-19 has allowed any one bad actor to in essence be a bio-terrorist at will!

Shoot we often see morons licking tubs of ice cream at a store...just imagine what some malevolent scumbags could to do to our country or their enemy in a matter of days.
Testing will be the new norm. EVERYONE WILL BE TESTED! ALL THE TIME! IN AND OUT OF WORK, SCHOOL, HOME, EVENTS, JAILS, HOTELS, CONVENTIONS, MILITARY BASES, CHURCHES, CONCERTS, DAYCARE, UNIVERSITIES, HOSPITALS, ETC...
Shoot...even personal events will have to be screened and venues that have them during WEDDINGS, PARTIES, CELEBRATIONS, ETC....
Instead of gun free zone signs at the door you will see something that reads "VIRAL COMPLIANT"
In this case scenario, OUR FUTURE SCENARIO...15 seconds is ESSENTIAL, not 15 minutes!
