After checking the patient history for asthma, emphysema, COPD, and anxiety attacks, etc., you treat the symptoms, ask for an additional CoVid19 test in addition to running an influenza test. We’re not to the point of immediate triage so erring to the benefit of the patient isn’t unreasonable. We have a lot of people presenting with anxiety attacks and shortness of breath.
