Yeah, I think this was just lazy wording by someone who didn’t bother to try to learn how Leronlimab works. It’s not as straight forward as a lot of “drugs” and it is still investigational so some things are known but maybe not proven in the way a reporter would be comfortable taking about. The non-lazy reporter would have googled for ten seconds and quoted another of the many articles around that explain how it works but that’s just me.
