Patterson said that TNF alpha also went down dramatically in these patients. Humira and some other drugs are TNF alpha antagonists and can have have bad side effects. If leronlimab can reduce IL-6, TNF alpha and some others without side effects, maybe it can replace them for clinical indications that use these drugs. Just IMO
