I hear you completely. I certainly have and have had my own gripes about management actions and various perceived delays, can’t fault you there. However, impatience is one thing, letting it get the best of your judgment, attitude, and actions is another. Most of us have been here for too long to let the impatience get the best of us. Venting helps, but emotional and borderline irrational venting - which I’m not accusing you of in the least - is best kept off the boards and among whoever you can commiserate with offline. This is an important time for new eyes, best to try to keep the boards objective and all that. That was my main point in the post earlier this week.
