This is a sensitive and quite logical move that does not change our ongoing operations. Might also be necessary for basic operational reasons
As far as the impact on pps is concerned, I think it could potentially be a positive. Right now, the market is mostly driven by covid related developments so the changes expected with the 10k (for instance, the websites reporting yearly figures will show a tremendous increase in revenue for VERB) could be drowned if they were released now
