I would counter that argument by suggesting showing big size, which manipulates markets, is not a better solution and counter to capitalism. Remember, showing a bid/offer is adding liquidity to a market which is good and leads to tighter spreads (w/ one exception). No one should have to spend more than necessary. Do you negotiate car purchases by showing them you have the cash to pay double?
