Looks like the difference is they changed peptide to polypeptide in all instances. Didn’t read the whole thing but that’s what I see.
This could be a clarification or it could be a way of reapplying for the same patent the way pharma companies change formulations to extend patents on exclusive drugs. I don’t know enough about the difference between peptides and polypeptides to say.
