I'm more concerned with the lack of anticipatory pps action/volume than I am about when news is released. Too many public clues that something is up, yet NOBODY is buying the stock in significant numbers. That means we aren't either well known/followed, or it means nobody believes what all the clues are pointing to. Either way, pps continues to flatline or trend slightly down, which makes the news irrelevant.

I don't know what it's going to take to light a fire under this ticker. I'm not even all that convinced anymore that the NGIO spinoff, and its associated value, will boost the pps. And without a pps rise, it's another day/week/month/year on the OTC, where companies with potential but without support go to die.

Very frustrating.
