More detective work - in the photo, which was taken around 3:30 pm, the three of them seemed very happy. Question is - were they getting ready to go into a meeting, or had they just concluded the meeting and were leaving? My hunch is they had concluded the meeting and were leaving. Which makes their good humor seem significant.
