IMO , double blind study never should be done here , why to do it ?

They have enough not treated patients to compare results..

Nobody think that placebo will work here..

So this is very hard for me to understand ....and I do not agree at all.
No reason for it ... yes , first thing should be always in medicine

" Do No Harm "

And with this protocol big harm will be done , maybe dead to some patients , with not one beneficial reason...
