False information to manipulate stock

I have made multiple complaints about user MVP Stocks before, but today, he is claiming to be the CEO of Baron Capital Enterprises (BCAP). MVP Stocks posts information about how the SEC is investigating Baron and claims to be an informant to the SEC and the their is a DTC lock eminent. but today's claim is clearly false and asserts that he is in control and the CEO and for everyone to sell their shares. This is at least the 3rd time I am reporting this people for stock manipulation. Here is what he said:
