Most companies do publicly disclose FDA applications. At least for new drugs and I would assume 510 apps for new devices. In the past, DECN has communicated FDA applications for its new diabetic tech items.
Also, typically companies communicate rejections immediately along with FDA requests for additional data regarding the request. DECN has done that most recently with GenChoice. I still can’t understand the hold up on FDA approval for this one.
Anyhow, it’s a waiting game and during such traders will trade, MMs and HFs will manipulate and posters of all sorts will opine.
