No more rude answers please. The Company puts everything else in press releases why not actual facts about what has been transmitted to the FDA. If the Company can put out news that it is preparing an FDA submission the next logical step would be an announcement that the application is filed. Stock traders have been trading on the constant flow of press releases. You didn't think the volume and price just occurred for no reason I hope.
