For us Luddite non-faceplant users, can you describe what Joe's picture entails? Sounds like he's sneezing on a Senator or some such...but which Senator, does the Senator have a check in his hand, is there a look of horror on the Senator's face, etc, etc, etc...inquiring, but social media resistant, minds want to know.
