Here is the vote last year for NP, probably with Pestell's shares voting no before he sold. Looks like you are in the minority of those that voted pro/con NP. With the sp up 150% from last year vote, it would take a major blunder for NP to be unseated imo. Since it doesn't change anything to sit around gripping about it, I usually avoid the conversation. But there is what you are facing to unseat NP. Very unrealistic at this point imo, because the silent majority of shareholders seem to be backing NP.
