I am not sure they will stop all Drs to give to some of their patients with very high risk , and from close contact with someone with covid-19 , HCQ...
And who will tell them that they cant .. they know their patients the most...
And I didn't see any official restriction...and somehow , I don't think that we will...
But of course we will see....
