52172 says once Europe Travel ban is lifted tentatively scheduled
for APRIL 12 assuming it looks like EUROPE has a handle
on the VIRUS by then, then we've got about 10-14 days to
LUX FUND activation so about end of APRIL.
Clearly that's still a very tentative timeline.
