I think the market will spike up when the house finally passes this spending bill but we won’t return to anywhere near the highs we saw for a couple of quarters at least. A cure or vaccine will also steady the uncertainty

Been picking up some bargain income stocks. OXLC and RC are both super cheap right now and the yields are nuts.
