Exactly!! lol They've been pouring it on double time lately. They even tried fanning the flames of a negative fairy tale they tried to play once already some months ago, which is that new Mexican cannabis regulatory proposals would limit CBD sales there.
They like to utilize reports in Spanish, which don't translate perfectly using translation software, but it comes close enough to see that ultimately what Mexico will use for now to determine the line between hemp and marijuana is 1% THC content, and that's over 3 times what's in the RMHB formula at .3%, or in other words less than 1/3 of a percent.
As of right now, the main concern of the Mexican government is to carefully limit THC infused products, especially where it comes to what they are combined with such as alcohol and tobacco products. They don't want to see the consumption of legal recreational marijuana and THC infused products being unnecessarily complicated by those seeking to beat others to the market with "firsts" to the scene in an irresponsible quest or "lust" for profits.
The same reaction was seen in the U.S. when Blue Moon decided to infuse their beer with THC for sale in states with legal recreational marijuana, and the proposal was slapped down in a hurry.
If people want to combine mind altering substances, they will need to do it the old fashioned way which "unclutters" legal and medical analysis issues over the safety of THC consumption, and keeps the "one or the other" choice from being "muddied up" such as by people consuming both without even realizing that they are.
As I see it we are still golden with CBD Life, and we have some awesome progress taking place in the U.S. as well.
You're absolutely right Corvette, bashers have been desperately trying to push the pps lower using pure bullshit so they could cover their short sales, or those of their puppet master's, as low as possible. Preferably below a penny. They must have major heartburn with the bullshit filter we have in place on this board!! LMAO
