It may be possible that HCQ/Azithromycin could have efficacy against mild disease through increasing rate of viral clearance according to French study and leronlimab may have protective affect against ARDS (severe disease). In this way, they could both be synergistic.

If you diagnose positive, go on HCQ/Azithromycin, if you end up in the hospital add leronlimab to the treatment protocol. Hopefully, both may be beneficial in different ways. Only my opinion.
