LaundryMoney, not to beat this to a pulp, but semantics are important regarding the BTD. I do not believe a decision has been rendered; if it had been rendered then NP would have to file a brand new application. Hence, I respectfully submit that NP will get the actual FDA decision in the next two weeks.
