LaundryMoney, perhaps I had previously missed something - I didn't realize that the FDA rendered a decision on the BTD. It was my interpretation and understanding that the FDA requested a BTD meeting, presumably to help them to render a decision (which I thought was great because it afforded Dr. Patterson to share patient #5 data). The 60 day FDA period to rule on the BTD application expires in early April because NP seemingly extended the 60 day period when he submitted supplemental data in early February.
