I'm not sure they would really need it though. The new SBA is for economic injury disaster relief, and companies like NTEK wouldn't be much affected by catastrophe like COVID-19 thanks to its business model.
Small businesses that rely on walk-in customers or physical service are the main ones to benefit from this particular low-interest SBA loan.
But then, if they can benefit from having a lump sum of money up front and making small payments on a long term, maybe they should apply and see what happens.
