The filing was submitted in July of last year. He can do it any time he likes. I expect him to do it as soon as they turn the corner and get things working smoothly and after the next few notes convert. I am thinking sometime later this year. Possibly this summer. Hope I’m wrong .
However if they can produce enough gold to easily fund operations and expansion, without needing outside capital, then there would be no need to do that, unless they wanted to uplist . Hope for the best , but plan for the worst.
