Sooo....no one should ever say anything then? I am total do-er, having done some things in my life that people only dream about accomplishing, and I worked hard at them. That being said, my experience gives me a great deal of understanding of leadership, good and bad, and the ability to tell the difference between someone doing the best they can, and someone working to the best of their ability when the best of their ability is not the best that could be had if someone with more ability was in their place.

I am a good lawyer, but you would not want me to handle your capital murder case, although I technically COULD handle, it, but I am smart enough to know that someone with more experience would be better at it, as that is not what I specialized in. But I COULD do it. NP has worked as hard as he can, I am sure, and I give him much credit. Truly. But he has learned on the job, not from mentors, so his learning curve is as steep as can be and thus we deal with the Vyera's and RedChips of the world.
