Yes that is correct when I said I believe HDC will file their 10-k on 3/26th which is 1 day before the Court hearing. Now that the court date falls on a Friday I believe the Judge will make a decision at a later date. I won't be surprised even if the court date for this hearing is delayed due to the virus.
HDC should produce a video conferencing meeting of the shareholders coupled with a conference call for other investors. I was going to send an email to HDC but my thoughts tend to believe we will hear an update after the 27th which is not only the court date but the record date pertaining to the upon coming meeting agenda.
I see posts on other message board about HDC stock price holding? I just figure we are not seen by the market coupled with what is the big deal involving HDC when we have massive money elsewhere within stocks.
Anyone have thoughts about this or that differ?
